We provide CAD and CAM data processing
in order to obtain the product our customers need.
We have the capability to design and produce PCB's acording to our customers need, at the highest standard in the field.
We can recive the needed data for production in the following formats:
- drawings, coordinates or others
- CAM format data;
- CAD data format
For circuits with drilled holes, data must be sent in EXCELLON file type.

All kind of data regarding client needs and requests may be sent to us by e-mail or any kind of storage format: CD,DVD, Pendrive etc...
For CAM data file please keep in mind the following:
- GERBER file must be RS-274 or RS-274-X format
- Drilling hole data if needed must be EXCELLON file format
Full services and special services
For PCB circuits we can offer the following specials:
- Solder Mask photo sensitive;
- Solder Mask with 2 units;
- Custom markings of PCB on one or both sides';
- Thermal Tinning - H.A.S.L. (hot air solder leveling. A 10 to 12 microns layer of tinn can be applied on the copper;
- Multi - blank panels in scoring, any kind of shape and form can be achieved;
- Circuits with S.M.D.;
- Custom markings even with carbon paste.

About us
In the beginning we started out as being part of FELA ROMANIA SCS, one of biggest producers of PCBs in Germany. Starting with the year 2010 we became Phoenix PCB Romania taking over a very large part of FELAs portfolio.
Our experience in PCB circuits started out in the year 2004 with the acquisition of a complete production line by FELA Romania, followed by trainings in Germany at FELA Hilzingers headquarters witch all led to assembling the production line in Romania and starting production according to the highest standards.
Our customers come from several industries such as household appliances, industrial equipment and automobile industry.
Please note that our company uses equipment and auxiliary equipment of the highest class such as LENZ, Svecia, HollMuller, Pill, Schmid, Atlas Copco and many others.
Our raw material for PCBs is purchased only with quality certificates from our suppliers so that we can supply to our customers only the best products at the best prices.
Our company’s advantage is that we can produce very long circuits. Length can reach 2400 mm, being limited only by the raw materials length.
These kind of circuits are mostly used by LED lightning systems.
